im·ag·i·nar·y (ih-maj-uh-ner-ee)adjective
not real; existing only in the imagination
➔ When you're a child, your imagination is what makes you. It takes you on adventures and allows you to color outside of the lines. It's what makes your childhood special and makes you see things from your very own perspective that might not make sense to those around you, but it makes perfect sense to you. One of the best experiences in a person's childhood is the moments where you had your imaginary friend by your side. They were yours .. there when you needed them, wherever you need them, and were exactly what you did need in that moment. But at times, someone, or something, can ruin the best things in your life, rip them right out of your hands and toss them away. Under certain circumstances, maybe you ruin it yourself. Or perhaps it was just bound to happen. As you grow older, your imagination fades, and like all good things, imaginary friends are something that we all eventually have to part ways with. At least that was what they told us.
➔ Don't think so fast. Don't blink either - you might accidentally miss your imaginary friend standing right before your eyes. That's right, they're back. Right out of the blue. It doesn't matter whether you want them or not. Did you make a mistake? Did you leave them angry? Did you leave them sad? You better hope not, because they're here for good and this time, they're out in the open for everyone to see. What was once so innocent, pure, and private is now grown up and very much real. They're still yours, after all, you did create them, but you better cross your fingers you didn't leave them with a reason to get back at you. They have more power than you think.
➔ However, it doesn't stop there. It simply gets even worse. For these individuals who's childhood pals have decided to pay a visit .. they're not just your average human being. If so, hiding their imaginary friends from their parents and friends wouldn't be too much of a challenge. Nobody's getting off easy this time - They're famous. Cameras everywhere, fans that practically stalk their every move . There's no keeping secrets here, and it shouldn't be too surprising when their names show up right next to yours on the front page of US Weekly. Who's the new mystery by so-and-so's side? Love interest, arch-enemy .. either would make quite the interesting tabloid story, regardless of whether you want it published or not. Welcome back, imaginary friends .. or should we say, not so imaginary anymore.
